I have always wanted to do something to change or make a difference in the lives of children. I am probably best known for my work on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, but that was my job and I am just like every mom out there who struggles with trying to raise a child in a culture that tells our children to constantly fit in with what is popular and not necessarily right for them.
I created JG and the BC kids for that child who refuses to become like everyone else. BC kids walk to their own beat, they are smart and that's ok. BC kids are sometimes shy and misunderstood.
I would like to believe that all children can dream of wonderful fantasy worlds like those that JG will take them on with her group of dinosaurs. We made them have wonderful personalities so that every child will have a favorite regardless of gender.
I hope you will enjoy them and all the wonderful merchandise that will be coming to stores near you as much as my brilliant creative team and I had in the making of JG and the BC Kids.

Vincent Spencer
I've been in love with storytelling for as long as I can remember. As an artist of unlimited interests and insatiable curiosity I've done a bit of everything. Past projects range from designing and illustrating the box art for G.I. Joe to conceptualizing and producing film storyboards for 2007's Sundance Film Festival darling, the new hit movie Joshua. My work as Illustrator and co-creator of J.G. and the B.C. Kids has been a labor of love that has pushed me to my artistic limits. It has been one of the spiritual high points of my career.
This mission of this project is to encourage all young people, who are looking to find their own way in the world, to look a little closer at their surroundings and believe a little deeper in themselves. There's happiness and fun waiting along the path to individuality, and I'm happy to be a part of something that strives to promote this journey.
